Personal information is only collected as part of a normal transaction process so that we can efficiently fulfil orders and keep you updated on the progress of your order.

By subscribing to our newsletter with your contact details we can inform you of products, events and news that we think may interest you. 

We will not divulge or sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

Periodically, we may use your information internally for research and analysis to help us improve the way we do business.

You have the right to ask us to delete any personal information we may hold on you at any time by using the contact form on this website.

Pricing. All our products are handmade in small batches entirely in the UK using only natural ingredients, some of which are limited by supply, and are priced accordingly.

Sales Periods. It is our intention not to automatically reduce prices during popular sales periods as a general principle. We believe there are better ways to promote sales and reward customers without undermining our bottom line.

Contribution. As part of our core commitment to sustainability, 10% of the price paid for goods will be set aside for new tree planting projects.

Delivery. We aim to ship goods within 24/48hrs of the order being placed and payment confirmed. All shipments are sent by the safest most efficient routes via British Royal Mail, First Class, Tracked and will require Signature on arrival.

Shipping Costs. All Postage and Packing costs are calculated at checkout and based on size, weight and destination. International customers are liable for individual territory customs and taxes, we cannot accept back and refund goods that do not clear local borders.

Free Shipping. If you spend over £60 we will cover your shipping costs.

Returns. You have 7 days from receipt of your order to notify us of goods that you are not reasonably satisfied with and want to return, a further 7 days to return the goods to us in their original condition. Please provide any evidence you can of faulty or damaged goods received. Returns Address: Please request using the Contact Form.

Exchanges. Once we have received back the returned goods in their original condition we will send replacement goods with no delivery charge.

Refunds. We will refund the original cost of any goods that you are not reasonably satisfied with and are returned within 14 days. At this point we are not in a position to reimburse the original delivery cost.
